A studio kept as a trail log

DeFiExplorer takes its shape from a simple discipline: write the first entry honestly, then log everything against it. One fictional character is entered at the trailhead and carried along a whole route; a short line of tools walks her through stills, motion, repair and finishing; and every price is written down before a job runs. A note on the name, plainly: DeFi here is a name on the studio’s door and nothing more — this is not a financial service, and the name promises nothing about coins, tokens, markets or investment returns. The only thing explored here is a character, frame by frame.

What the trail covers

• The trailhead: a text-to-image generator arranged around one fixed log entry, so a character can be held across a series.
• Motion: text-to-video and image-to-video clips that start from the stills and stay on the same route.
• Transform and repair: consented undress transformations behind a consent gate, and an editor that makes one logged change at a time.
• Transfer: still and video face swaps, so one performer remains herself across a whole catalogue.
• Full size: image and video upscalers that bring keepers to the size a destination demands.

Operating principles

• Adults only. Characters are fictional adults. Uploaded media requires adulthood and documented consent.
• Private by default. Nothing is shown to anyone until its maker shows it.
• Honest costs. Costs appear before confirmation. Failures refund on their own. No claims are made here about speed, rankings or riches — the work is the claim.
